Once you a general idea of the adventures you're interested in, feel free to reach out to us. Don't worry if you haven't finalized your travel dates or the number of participants. We'll collaborate to create the perfect itinerary for your dream vacation. Through a discussion, we'll explore all options based on your preferences, budget, and time constraints. After we finalize an itinerary, a 25% deposit will be required to secure your accommodations and reserve your travel dates. While there is no strict deadline for this, please note that accommodations not confirmed until we receive the deposit. Some safari lod and tented camps can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least six months in advance for those options. We accept initial payments via direct bank wire transfers only, with the remaining balance due upon your arrival in Tanzania.

 

You may pay the balance in cash (USD) or through a wire transfer before your trip.

If you need to postpone a booked trip, any recoverable amount from your accommodations or flights, minus $100 USD per person, can be applied toward future travel with Kili Frozen Adventures. Should you need to cancel your trip, we will return any recoverable amount, minus $100 USD per person and wire transfer fees, promptly to your bank. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance cover not only trip cancellations but also any medical emergencies that may arise during your travels.
